OPENINGS: Brooklyn Chop House (8.22.18)
Despite the recent temperatures, Fall will be here before you know it. With new seasons come new openings; this Fall, Brooklyn Chop House is coming to the Financial District (150 Nassau Street). Founded by Stratis Morfogen, Founder & Former Owner of Philippe Chow, the menu features dumplings, homemade noodles, small plates, and other dishes begging to be shared. We spoke with Stratis to learn more about what you can expect when it opens in early September...
Tell us about Brooklyn Chop House....
It takes from the Chelsea ChopHouse my father created in the 1950’s in NYC. This time we expanded on the word “Chop” where our menu is focused on Dim Sum & Chops! BCH is a tribute to the turn of the 20th Century old Chop Houses.
