FOOD & DRINK: What To Bring To Thanksgiving (11.13.17)
Thanksgiving is coming up (crazy!) in 2 weeks. To help you out, we’ve assembled where you can go for local desserts, turkeys and even full blown dinners (to-go or to go to!).
We will be updating this list until Thanksgiving, so don’t forget to come back and check it out….Don’t forget a lot of places require pre-orders so check the dates.
Where to get...Turkey & then some!
Fulton Stall Market is offering a Thanksgiving CSA Farm Share including a locally raised turkey from DiPaola Turkey Farm (NJ) and other ingredients for your Thanksgiving meal directly from FSM’s farmers and producers. Choices and prices are listed here. Orders may be made online via the link or in-person at 91 South St. through Friday November 17, & must be pre-paid* (*payment for DiPaola turkeys will be at pick-up on Nov. 21, based on weight). Pick-up will be on Tuesday, November 21, from 5:30-7:30 pm at FSM’s new indoor farmers market store at 91 South St.
Le District is offering to handle the cooking for you this year. They’re offering locally sourced farm-fresh cooked turkeys. They’re also offering a Thanksgiving dinner to go for 8-10 people, including starters, a whole roasted turkey, all the needed trimming and a choice of pie. All orders must by in by Friday, November 17th, and are limited in nature.

Bubby’s famous pies must be ordered by November 19th. Put us down for the Michigan sour cherry and the organic pecan maple.
Where to get...out of the house.
Not into the whole cooking thing? A few local spots, including Sarabeth’s & Bubby’s, are doing Thanksgiving! Make sure you get your reservations in early. Newcomers like Temple Court are getting into the game, too, with pre-reserved sit-down meals.
What did we miss? Let us know in the comments and we will keep updating this post!
