Tell us about Big Gay Ice Cream…
The brand was launched in 2009 by longtime friends Bryan Petroff and Douglas Quint, who wanted to create something really different. Big Gay Ice Cream spins a new take on the old school ice cream parlor experience by mixing high quality ingredients with guilty pleasures, and traditional flavors with the unexpected. It offers reimagined soft serve ice cream for kids and for those who are kids at heart. With the opening of our forth locations inNew York and Philadelphia, . Our signature soft serve-and-topping combinations are always on the menu, and are accented by seasonally-rotating creations. Our ice cream contains only milk, cream, sugar, and an emulsifier blend to be as “naked” and natural as possible, and then adds in only high-quality ingredients that meet the same standards. Beyond ice cream, guests will find milkshakes, floats, and other sweet treats made with our hallmark flavors. FYI –our vanilla, sweet cream and chocolate are 100% all natural
