Experience a series of walking tours, graphic novels, film screenings, and workshops in an exhibition of New York’s Black heritage.
-Sunset, Sunrise (Revolution) (FREE) - This temporary public art installation at Pier A Plaza is an interactive, large-scale sculpture designed specifically for the site. It consists of 27 aluminum panels embedded with 9,000 crystal prisms activated by natural light, and is based on a previous, three-panel installation in Austin, Texas, titled Hyperprism. The artwork will be on view through the summer of 2018 in front Pier A Harbor House, located at 22 Battery Place and the Hudson River.
